TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to Anchor Point Telehealth (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website, online services, telehealth platform, or any related materials, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of our services.

1. Nature of Services

Anchor Point Telehealth provides:

  • Virtual medical weight-loss services, including evaluation and management of GLP-1 medications (such as semaglutide and tirzepatide) through licensed clinicians.
     
  • Virtual urgent care visits for non-emergency medical concerns.
     
  • Health education, coaching, and resource materials.
     

We do not provide emergency medical care.
For emergencies, call 911 or seek in-person care immediately.

2. Telehealth Eligibility

You must be:

  • At least 18 years of age
     
  • Located in a state where our clinician is licensed to practice (currently Utah)
     
  • Able to provide accurate medical information and participate in telehealth visits
     

We reserve the right to deny or discontinue services if we determine that telehealth is not safe or appropriate for your medical needs.

3. Medical Information & Accuracy

You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete medical information during visits and through any forms or questionnaires. Omitting relevant medical details may lead to improper or unsafe treatment and may result in discontinuation of care.

4. Payment & Fees

By using our services, you agree to the posted pricing, which may include:

  • Initial consultation fees
     
  • Follow-up visit fees
     
  • Monthly care coordination fees
     
  • Membership fees (if applicable)
     
  • Charges for optional kits or educational materials
     

Medication costs are paid directly to the dispensing pharmacy. Anchor Point Telehealth does not mark up, collect payment for, or dispense medications unless otherwise stated and legally authorized.

All services must be paid at the time of booking or as indicated.

5. No Insurance Billing

We do not bill insurance. All services are self-pay.
You may request a receipt for potential reimbursement, but reimbursement is not guaranteed.

6. Prescription Policy

Prescriptions are issued at the discretion of the licensed clinician.
You understand that:

  • Medication is not guaranteed
     
  • Dose changes require monthly follow-up visits
     
  • We may withhold or discontinue medication for safety reasons
     
  • Lifestyle modifications are encouraged for best results
     

Prescriptions may only be continued if clinically appropriate.

7. Communication Policy

We offer limited non-urgent messaging support during business hours.
Messaging is not to be used for:

  • Emergencies
     
  • Crisis situations
     
  • Urgent medical symptoms
     
  • Complex medical concerns requiring a visit
     

We reserve the right to require a follow-up visit for any medical question.

8. No 24/7 Access

We do not provide around-the-clock clinician availability.
After-hours messages may be replied to the next business day.
Urgent matters require an urgent-care visit or emergency evaluation.

9. Termination of Care

We may discontinue care for reasons including (but not limited to):

  • Failure to follow medical recommendations
     
  • Repeated missed appointments
     
  • Abusive behavior
     
  • Unsafe use of medication
     
  • Fabricated or withheld medical history
     
  • Violation of these Terms & Conditions
     

10. No Guarantee of Outcomes

Weight loss varies between individuals.
We do not guarantee specific results, timeframes, or weight-loss achievements.

11. Privacy & Security

We follow HIPAA guidelines to protect your personal health information.
However, electronic communication may have inherent risks. By using telehealth, you acknowledge these risks.

12. Intellectual Property

Content on this website (text, graphics, images, guides, and educational material) is the property of Anchor Point Telehealth and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
